Courier left my order outside in the rain and the order was unusable.
Contacted customer support expecting an apology and a replacement but ended up in a long email exchange, had to send pictures as evidence and then support said they hadn't received pictures so had to resend several times and to different emails.
In the end I opened a PayPal dispute to get a refund.
Very disappointing service and a tremendous hassle for an order that cost £8.
Can't recommend the company and can't rate the product because it was unusable.
