I paid for my items on Feb 4th and 10 days later I was asked for feedback on the service I received.
I was advised that my items would arrive within 3-5 working days from purchase. It is now 10 days later and I have received nothing through the post, nor and notification/correspondence on the matter until an email asking for a review.
