Being an American living in Britain, it's nice to be able to get american foods here. I saw the American Soda website and thought why not give it a try. I placed my order for a few things to see how it went, an it was downhill from there. The website says, 3-5 working days standard delivery. I was tracking my order and on the 6th day I looked and saw that my order was somewhere in space. I emailed customer service and inquired as to what was going on, her response was that something happened at the courier and that she would let me know what was happening. The next day I received an email stating that my shipment should be delivered within the next 24hrs. On the 8th day I checked the tracking again and it said package damaged being returned. So I once again emailed customer service asking what was going on only to be told, sorry you have two options: one being I can request a replacement order or two, you can cancel the order. No offering to ship my order priority or refund the shipping cost. NOTHING.. So I responded with, it appears that your company is lacking in customer service skills, and I find your response to this whole matter very unprofessional! I then requested that my order be cancelled and a refund issued immediately. I will take my business elsewhere. I'm still waiting for my refund......
