My order was promised in 3 to 5 working days. After 10 days it still shows as processing. Not good customer service. Not even an email detailing the problem. Unless this is resolved quickly, I won't order again. Too bad for you - I order lots of things online and would have spent quite a bit on your products. However, they do me no good if I don't receive them.
