There are a large number of products offering good value for money. Once ordered, the products were packed and shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. But I found ordering tedious. The web site interrupted me with videos and pop-ups, and when I finally reached the check out I could not enter a new delivery address. When I called their customer service number a got a "try again later" message. In the end I had to send the order to a different address and forward it myself at additional expense. Please improve your customer service. This could be so much better.
