More than a week after I received only a partial delivery, I have still not been refunded for the missing items. The main reason I ordered from American Soda was to order root beer, which was marked as available when I placed the order. I added a number of other items since I was ordering anyway - the root beer was the item that was not delivered. In my opinion, I should have been notified that the root beer was out of stock and been refunded at the time my other items shipped when American Soda saw that they could not fulfill the entire order.
