Package never arrived in Dundee, Scotland. I paid Nov. 28. Just learned from shipper Nov 8 that package was damaged and is sitting in their depot. Have sent five (5!!!!) emails to American Soda asking about the package two different ways and I have received NO response. Further, American Soda tracking software hangs up, so I wasn't able to track my package. Phone call to American Soda only got an answering machine. More than frustrated. Prior experience was much better. Now? Prepare to get nothing. I wonder if they will finally answer any of my 7 efforts to get through to these people. More than frustrating.
