Not everything I ordered arrived they forgot the items that were most important for me to get. There was no refund or explanation for it. Also, I did not like that you do not get an order confirmation of any sort after ordering. Only after I asked they send me the Hermes-Shipping code. I am rather disappointed with this site and will not order again.
