Order of the 16th Dec. has still not even arrived despite a desperate phone call to the Company on Thursday 22nd. I waited in for days as the Hermes couriers they use are not track-able by Customers. No idea when it will come or what state it will be in. I am a New Customer and this will probably be my first and last order.
