I've placed an order with no confirmation sent. Debited from my account on the evening though! I'm worried it will never come and haven't heard a thing back from customer service. My account says I've place no orders too! Ugh. Really distressing. I will fight to get my money back because this was supposed to be a treat and I'm really poor. SO horrible.
