I have ordered from this company 3 times now. The first time my experience was wonderful. I revived my full order. The last 2 times that I have ordered from them parts of my orders have been missing. The last two times I have also ordered from them is when I've been buying birthday presents. I have never revived an explanation as to why this has happened either. When I e mailed the company about where my missing order was I didn't hear anything back.
