Very slow delivery. Parcel still not received over a week later. Although this was order the Thursday before a bank holiday, I would have expected a faster service. Also never received an email from Hermes with tracking information so had to contact customer service several times to get an update on the order and I was told to wait. Customer service do not respond straight away. Emailed your info address twice before using the co tact form online and finally getting a response back that way.
Not happy and will not be ordering again.
