+ PC build quality and performance was excellent
+ Support was very helpful and friendly
+ System was built exactly as requested
+ No damage during transport
- Packaging was difficult to remove from inside the PC, attempting to remove it without caution could damage the components
- Some system software (e.g. ASUS ArmoryCrate), was inaccessible and had to be reinstalled in order to use its functionality.
