Didn't appreciate the lack of transparency in regards to processing times BEFORE placing the order.
I used the PC for 2 days before it black-screened to a windows update. After contacting customer services I was told to fix it myself (admittedly with good advice on how to do so).
Overall I'm happy with my PC but I believe that's due to the specs I ordered more than the experience with the company.
This is the second time I've bought a PC from the company and likely wont be the last so I'm hoping it's better next time.
