There are many companies offering bespoke Gaming PCs, but when I called up Americanbuilds, they 1) Answered the phone quite promptly, and 2) were very helpful. I was not interested in configuring the PC, I simply wanted something at my budget for my son to play streaming type games. I hope that in future, if there are any issues with the PC, Americanbuilds can be contacted as easily as they were initially. The PC was well packaged and delivered on time. Setup was straightforward. I've given them 4 stars as I've not owned the PC for more that a few weeks, but so far, so good. My son loves it !!
