I just wanted a logo. It costs me $200. It was very nice. Then upsale after upsale. The business cards took months to get after pleading and pleading…I finally got them. I was very pleased. The website was beautiful…but I never got full rights, it was on their server. I paid for full rights. I requested a refund. They refused. Today I am unhappy because they lied about what they would provide. I lost $1385. By the time I realized I was being scammed, it was too late to get my money back on my credit card. They know what they are doing as scam artists. I dealt with Michael Rich of American Logo Designers. Save your money. Go to Fiverr or do it yourself on one of the many low cost website builders available online. If you use American Logo Designers you will lose money big time or be so deep involved with them…and they continue to charge and upsale. Just don’t get involved with them…they know how to keep you loved in.
