Ordered from twice. 2nd order the sweatpants had 2 different inseam lengths. Contacted, had to send pics with a measurement tape showing difference. I was told to keep them. They sent replacement. Again. 2 different inseam lengths. They required measurement pictures again. They then required I return both for a refund...after being told I didn't need to send back the first defaulted item. The first item was 1 day away from becoming cut off sweat shorts...what else would I use them for? The right leg was 1" shorter on the first and 1.5" on the 2nd pair. I don't have a printer and they wouldn't mail me a return label The UPS store got it printed out for me from the email they sent me with a return label included. I emailed company to let it be known the package was on it's way. After 9 days w/o refund I began the process of contacting the company again....all previous emails were "closed out" so I had to begin a new "ticket" to generate a new email. 10 days later I finally get a refund. Btw.....the quality sure isn't worth the price!
