The Ruched dress I ordered is not sized correctly. I normally wear a large extra tall, and this was so tight that I could not keep it. An extra large would have been too big in the shoulders and arm opening. You say you have free returns, but that is not correct. I had to pay $9.00 to return this dress, which was a birthday gift, to you. I do not consider this a free return.
