Paid over $7500 dollars for a website, marketing, a 1-800 number, an app, and 3 years of website maintenance. My email was disabled so I don’t even know if I’ve had a purchase, and unable to interact with customers, I have no access to the 1-800 number so unable to answer questions. A newsletter that I can’t access, an app that I paid for in September of 2022 that was supposed to be completed by February 2023, it’s now November 2023 and no word yet on if it’s getting completed. Worst company ever. Stay far far away from this company or the company they merged with in June 2023-Artistic Design Studios in New Jersey. Horrible company! They take your money and fail to deliver.
