So far the experience has been really nice. I had a issue understanding where to upload my passport and visa details, since it was required when I tried checking in online. Send a WhatsApp messaged their their customer service, since I wasn't getting my Travel Manager Rahim, and in two minutes everything was done for me. It was easy and very fast and that was very nice of them.
