“I booked an island relaxation holiday to Bora Bora and stayed at The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort. Lucinda helped me work through the options and made a big trip feel manageable. The resort was spectacular, the service was excellent, and the package details were clearly laid out from the beginning. “A group of us booked a friends’ city adventure to Berlin and stayed at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin. Sharlen somehow managed to keep all the moving parts under control, which I genuinely respect because group travel can turn into a full-time negotiation exercise. “Bora Bora was definitely not an everyday holiday for us, so I had a lot of questions before committing to the booking. Rahim was incredibly helpful throughout and took the time to explain the different aspects of the package. We stayed at the InterContinental Bora Bora Resort & Thalasso Spa, and it was honestly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited.
