ITS BEEN PAST 35 WORKING DAYS, I AM STILL YET TO RECIEVE MY REFUND.WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FUFILL YOUR PROMISE IN THE CONTRACTS YOU MADE ME SIGN..AS IT STANDS I WOULD NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO ENGAGE YOU BECAUSE YOUR INTEGRITY IS COMPROMISED..

My Experience has been hell with AMI Group in Johannesburg, first they don't have straight Offices, one in Morningside is just almost like a call centre. You will find no one to help you. There's is another one at Fourways which has no address when you call you get only a receptionist to assist. If you looking for you Account Manager it's either they are sick or not at work sometimes the Cellphone given they are not reachable. The Accounts department if you looking for refund because of bad service you don't get response to their Account Manager or finance department. I have been calling just to get assistance for my refund no one is helping you can't get People who are dealing with your Account. Everything is done electronically no personal has answers. I'm currently struggling to get my refund which l was told 30% will be taken for doing nothing. Theris no accounting for a proof job done but you hacked 30% for poor service and for nothing done. I suspect most People commenting here are staged People who are saying AMI Group has helped them. I have lot of People who are struggling to get their refund back because AMI Group Promises what they can't deliver and give you a contract to sign so that they get 30% after poor service for free these are large amounts of money for doing nothing.
