Seems to be a well built shell, quality equal to Rio RB209 at a lower cost. Speced as a 2 3/4", actual length is 2 1/4", Rio is 2 3/8". Cut them both open, 9x #1 = 0.30", same plastic cup & felt wadding. My HD ammo...
