I had a problem regarding what I considered was an overcharge on an insurance claim which was NOT dealt with satisfactorily by Head office
I went into Wgmore Street branch where I purchased my second and latest pair of hearing aids and was delighted that Mathew Allsopp had returned from his holiday and was able to see him personally
Within 2 hrs of our meeting he had resolved the problem to my entire satisfraction
I would like to extend my thanks to him and hope that Amplifon will appreciate the wonderful way he dealt with a very irrate client
