It has taken me 4 years of complaints to finally have the hearing aids I purchased for about £3000 supplied with ear moulds that seal properly. That is 4 years in which I have been unable to use the supplied hearing aids because of constant feedback! I knew the correct ear moulds were available as previous Oticon and Danogic have supplied them for my NHS aids , so the request was not unreasonable. The Phonak aids supplied, which I can now finally use are quite good but it seems Phonak do not provide the soft moulds I needs. Eventually after 4 years of complaints Amplifon outsourced to a company called Starkey who could and do supply them ... but this is 4 years too late and 4 years in which i have not been able to use them. The NHS replace aids every 3 years to keep them up to date. By that standard, the aids they sold me should have been replaced a year ago and I did not get to use them regularly before then because to avoid the feed back the audiologists had to reduce the volume to a level at which they were no use to me. This is not the professional service I was hoping for when I parted with my money.

they are the worst company I have been to them twice about 4 years ago and they still ring me at least once or twice a week even send me letters in the mail they are harassing people with phone calls and mails which is illegal and very annoying I even block them from my phone once they say who they are but still don"t help

I visited Amplifon at Maitland for an arranges appointment. My intention was to update my hearing aids and have a checkup. The person I saw told me that unless I signed a document allowing Amplifon to use my personal information at will and for commercial profiling etc. I refused to sign this as the information is my personal business. At this point I was ushered to leave and the appointment was terminated. What is amazing they chose to not serve me and I have been blocked from the App unless I agree to their terms. Amazing behaviour in such a completitive industry.

I had my own hearing aids fixed when I went to amplifon Cessnock to get them back the app that I had for my hearing aids that I had set up my hearing aids when the audiologist was finished she blocked my settings I had on my app not amplifon hearing aids not amplifon app my own hearing aids my app so why can you people change my app on my phone I have tried everything to try to get to replace everything I had on my app but amplifon won't do it so one thing left for me to do now is to go to the consumer affairs to see if they can help me make them to fix my app to put all the programs on my app again

After years of trying Audiology service in my area with limited success. Recently I visited Amplifon I Chelmsford where I met the Audiologist, Rupa Parameshwara. She is the most impressive practitioner I have met. Unlike most others Rupa listened carefully, not usually the case. I was offered the best information and way forward in my treatment. I now have new hearing aids and regular follow up appointments. Very impressed

I think the new app sucks. It often stops working and you have to reboot your phone to get it to work again. I've had to redownload it 3 times in the past 2 weeks because it would just stop working. The fact that you can't make ANY adjustments to the hearing aids except volume again sucks. Having to go to Miracle ear every time you want an adjustment is NOT convenient at all. Honestly I'm not 100% sure I would purchase these same type hearing aids again. There are MUCH cheaper options out there that have better apps to control your hearing.

Mon appareil gauche est tombé en panne le 19.09 .25.suis allée à amplifon Enghien-les-Bains. Pas de prise en charge de l écouteur défectueux mais don d un nouveau chargeur inutile. Après voyage une semaine retour a la boutique accueil.toujours desastreux.aucune prise en charge .j ai du moi-même insister pour obtenir vérification et Enfin prise en charge appareil gauche soit maintenant le 3.10 toujours aucune nouvelle .reste juste le droit.pas d accueil valable.pas d écoute. Pas de suivi.pas de serieux et secretaire désagréable

I went yesterday without an appointment, but I was surprised by them giving me one in 2hours. When I went, the receptionist was very kind, then when it was my turn I was pleasantly surprised by them giving me understanding and kindness of the person who looked after me. I will recommend then any time, and thanks to all of them

I was loathe to give 1 star, phoned head office this morning and promised call back this afternoon, also left 4 voicemail with no response, I made an official complaint with reference to my hearing aid repair, i was informed day before my holiday it had been lost in transit, whilst they have now replaced my hearing aid, this was after my holiday , this severely impacted my vacation, I have received a response via email offering an Mand S.voucher as a good will gesture this is totally unacceptable

I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole . I paid 2500 pounds for hearing aids that were not working more than they were. Every time I had an audiology appointment it was a different person,they have a high turnover of staff . When my warranty ran out I was expected to pay hundreds for repairs or buy a new set. I decided to cut my losses and go elsewhere.

Bought swissvoice xtra3355 phones, corded + 2 cordless ,on answering cordless they were out of charge even though they had been on charging cradle all day, i spoke to an adviser who said to return them,i did and on speaking to them again was told, they had fully charged them, then left them all day and only lost one bar, and would have to pay postage to get them back, so returned the corded phone for a refund, they then deducted the return postage which they had not used from my refund. I only had these phone for less than 28 days, spoke to adviser who said they would get a manager to call me still waiting so guess I will not get one?.

Amplifon team has misguided me. I consulted Amplifon NIBM branch for the hearing aid but the machine given is not up to my requirement. The machine is not useful for my left ear. When I contacted other audiologists of Amplifon and competitors, they suggested me that the machine for left ear is not appropriate. Then why I hv been prescribed a machine which is not worthy for me? I request the high authorities of Amplifon to address my concern. I can be contacted on 9822003203.

My father in law received hearing aides last week. He was so happy with service and care he received. Staff was extremely patient and attentive. Whole experience was very favourable.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! BE AWARE! This has to be one of the worst companies i have dealt with. They have send my Hearing aid for repair months ago and it's still not back. They keep making appointments and cancelling them last minute, and i have already taken 3 days off work for them. Do not TRUST them. This morning again they have cancelled my appointment and telling me they don't know where my hearing aid is. Please go somewhere and buy your hearing aids because this company can't be trusted.
