Hi I need to add to this. Had hearing problems as a child, eventually, my family, in my early 50s. Got me to Amplifon. Best thing I can honestly say I did . However, after x3 audiologists , a fabulous receptionist, they are now sending hearing aid repairs to Spain 💁‍♀️. It’s taking me 2 days short of a 5 week wait. Shocking after service. Won’t get my next from thete , already looking else where .!

At this stage, I am extremely happy with the service and fitting of a new ReSound hearing aid. Joseph, at Mt Barker, Sth Australia, was very considerate and fitted me with the most comfortable hearing aid that I have had. However I was not impressed with a new audiologist, from the next room, who burst into my consultation, with Joseph, without apology, to have questions on how to deal with his project. He was rude. I will continue with Amplifon if I am accorded the civility and professionalism extended by Joseph and receptionist, Heather. They were exemplary.

My mother also purchased some hearings aids from Claritas We visited the shop and they made some minor repairs to the hearing aids and conducted an audio test and updated the hearing aid software. All free of charge. We went to the Finchley branch and overall it looks a professional set up and slightly comforting that they only do hearing aids and nothing else,

Very thorough hearing test in Northampton branch. Trial aids for one week in real situations to make sure everything was right. Very professional and courteous service - Would recommend

Returned for my check up which I wasn’t looking forward to as the the other occasions I find found the audiologist abrupt . I was pleasantly surprised to find there was a new audiologist there Khalid who immediately put me at my ease with my questions no matter how simple they were. Jodie the receptionist was very welcoming, in fact a totally better than I’d had on previous visits.

Been a customer of the branch for many years. Service has been good, particularly appreciate the regular review, I think that this is necessary for the newer digital aids.

In general very good but there are quite a number of interference problems on both left and right hand devices, sometimes both at the same time which have grown in number and frequency over the period since I have had these new models. The problems may be in part ones of instability or, in most cases, a growth of emissions in the local area and this can be extremely irritating and definitely uncomfortable as well as causing major problems in listening to other sound sources such as people with whom one is trying to have conversation with or other sound sources. This problem certainly needs to be resolved rapidly certainly as far as I am concerned and it certainly detracts from a product which is a marked improvement on its predecessors.

The staff were pleasant and informative. The initial hearing test was good and Simon helped me find the correct H/Aid. I would use Amplifon again and recommend you.

The appliance works very well. I have had some problems with it working too well in echoey noisy places which I have I hope come to terms with. Very discreet and efficient. Wish the batteries lasted longer.

First of all, I have not "recently made a purchase" at Amplifon, but I did have a planned post-sales check-up last week (25 Oct 2013, Amplifon, 30 Wigmore Street, London). I was very impressed with the new audiologist Nacima, who showed good innovation by adjusting and providing extra modes on one of my hearing aids. So far, these have proved beneficial. The session was prolonged due to various IT problems, otherwise I would have rated it Very Good.

The main problem is keeping the aid in place where the wire goes into the auditory canal. Despite several attempts to have the plastic replaced the end result is not terrible satisfactory.

I wasn't looking forward to wearing hearing aids, but after patient coaxing and seeing the small size of the hearing aids I was persuaded and don't regret it. The series of follow-up appointments and gradual adjustment of volume has also made the experience much more palatable.

My new hearing aids are pretty good, though I thought them expensive I have to say. Giving clients some 'exchange value for their old ones would be good. Customer service excellent though; Paul, my audiologist in Leeds is certainly ther best Amplifon member of staff to look after me so far. Very competent and professional.

I was impressed by the after sales service; some companies, having made the sale tend to leave the customer to get on with it; Amplifon made significant effort to ensure that the aid performed satisfactorily, making several post-sale adjustments to achieve this. The inclusive insurance is also a valued bonus which has already benefited myself.
