Why when you promise lifetime aftercare have I had to pay for a replacement part? My hearing aids were purchased in May 2018, I have just had to pay for a replacement part in my left hand hearing aid, having already had the right hand side replaced a couple of months earlier. 28th August 2019.

I have two ReSound LiNX2 hearing aids with silver bodies and sterling grey spines, and a Diamond Card contract with Amplifon. The right aid failed after 2 yrs 6 mths and the left aid failed after 2 yrs 10 mths. The 1st time I was given a new one with a black spine so it's very different from the left aid. I managed to get and fit a sterling grey spine after a lot of time, many miles of driving and extreme effort. When the left aid failed I took it to the Amplifon shop with a letter asking for the original spine to be retained and reused if the hearing aid had to be replaced. Again I received a replacement with a black spine so now I have odd hearing aids. Why won't Amplifon read instructions that are provided with returned failed hearing aids, please? And why can't Amplifon understand that it's unacceptable to supply odd hearing aids? (Please don't say that sterling grey spines aren't available because I know they are.)

Hi, I am just starting out with my first hearing aids (Amplifon) and realised that I have not asked this question: whether I will totally dependent on them. I am a translator/interpreter and for conference interpreting I wear special head phones, those can not be used together with hearing aids. Also when I need to remove my hearing aids will I still keep the current hearing ability or will lose that as brain will start working with aids and get used to them?

I signed my contract on 31/08/2018 I have now found these hearing aids to be unsuitable which means I am still covered by 60 day money back guarantee do I just return to store with all the kit and aids Thank you

I have been planning to purchase your product and just was doing some research. I am appalled by the percentage of bad reviews which causes me great concern as I live in USA and would be unable to accept the kind of service and quality represented in your reviews. Presumably you have no service available in the US so I need reliable product. Seems prudent to shop around for a more proficient supplier.
