WON'T STOP CALLING CAN RECEIVE UP TO 3 - 4 CALLS A DAY. HAVE ASKED THAT THEY TAKE OUR NUMBERS OFF THEIR CALL LIST BUT THEY SAY THEY CAN'T. WE HAVE EVEN TOLD THEM WE WILL CONTACT ACCC REGARDING THEIR HARASSING CALLS STILL THIS DOES NOT STOP THEM.

Most irresponsible and idiotic behaviour. I am 74 yrs old. One Mr. Malles called me and fixed appointment for me at kphb hyd and said that the process wil be 30 mts only. When I went there along with my daughter we were made to wait for more time and one idiot sitting in the reception seat said that I have to wait or one hour and after that the process takes another two hours. I returned back giving left and right to that idiot. On the veey next day Mr.Mallesh called me on my mobile 9901122110 and on explaining the treatment I meted out he said he wuld arrange testing at my residence. After two days another man called me and informed that he would come to do the same but till date no body turned up. For every 10 days one or the other including ladies developed habbit of calling me and when I explained the useless treatment I am facing every tie he/she says would enquire and come back but never. Another idiot calls after a gap of 10 to 15 days and the same thing repeats every time. I am 75 years old I had nover come across such useless organisation in my life time. SIMPLY USELESS AND IDIOTIC. AMPLIPHONE IS not for service but for only playing with public taking advantage of their problem especiakly of senior citizens. Perhaps those idiots think that they will also becoe old and that day is no far. PLEASE STOP PLAYING WITH PUBLIC

Biggest waste of money. I am a pensioner and they were quick to take my money. After care is rubbish. They do not listen to you. All they do is a quick tweak and send you on your way. Had to go to nhs in the end who I cannot praise enough. Take time to go through everything.

Worst experience from Amplifon service and staff member poonam Tiwari which recommend me amplifon hearing aid from Dwarika totally waste my 70,000 never by from amplifon 🙏 if you want to waste your money thn go for amplifon

Don't buy hearing aids that use the Amplifon App . Crashes freezes won't hold volume setting next to useless. Better off without it.

I haven,t even been to Amplifon and l certainly will never use them. They ring constantly telling me l,m due for a hearing test and l should come in. l can hear perfectly at 70 and tell them that but they don,t listen and say it doesn,t cost anything and l should have a hearing test every year. l got a call later on in the evening a few days ago from a company called Creative Intellectual it was an Amplifon rep telling me l,m due for my next hearing test as it,s been a year since l,ve been to them . l,ve never had a test with them but he sounded like he didn,t believe me. ls this a ploy of theirs to get more people in. And as for free tests who foots the bill ? Does the goverment pay for each unwanted tests we all have . This business is very pushy and l won,t be going to them when l do need a hearing aide in the future.

I have bought a device of Rs. 65,000 for my mother. After using 5 months, facing problem in device and handed over the device to the shop from where I have bought. Now it has been 20 days taking follow ups. Nothing is shorted.

Staff in mysore office is pathetic. All three employees are such unprofessional and argues. This is the second time I'm purchasing in a year for my dad My personal experience is bitter..Heard there is a good hearing clinic near Sayajirao road..I regret my decision. Have informed the seniors last time..but their behaviours not changed. Instead threatened saying go wherever you want to go and report. Pls check the office CCTV footage 12/8/230 Time:4.30 to 4.50pm

Amplifying annoying and a disgraceful Company who harass people if you don’t Buy of them. Went to the Bendigo office to try hearing aids and when told the price I said no. That was two years ago and I receive calls from Amplifon at least twice a week about hearing aids. I have asked politely to be removed from there call list and yes that last 5days and now there calling again, even after threats of legal action they still persist. Don’t go near them they are Rogues overpriced and obviously after consultation have been advised by specialist that I don’t require hearing aids I have just got of the phone or Leanne from amplifon at 1410hrs on the 11/08;23 who assured me over phones both personal and mobile will be deleted from there call list. I hardly believe this will happen but we will see. Do yourself a favor avoid them like the plague. Hard enough

An absolute waste of space when it comes to after service, on the plus side it made me look around and I found Phonak which looks like the original hearing aid identical except for the name which you can get all spare moulds and other spares from online. Phonak app is better than amplifon with more adjustments you can make for your hearing. I sent a message to amplifon through the app over three months ago, still no reply, nobody is ever at the local branch either. Don't need them and will not recommend amplifon.

I hate my hearing aids! The left is hard to install and falls out. It is also uncomfortable. I am not even sure that they have improved my hearing. I have had them since March 2023 and am thinking of asking for my money back.

The after care service in Tunbridge Wells is simply not available . Having waited ages for an appointment I’ve been told today that my appointment for today has been cancelled as the audiologist is off sick . Surely they need to send a replacement audiologist .? We shouldn’t all have to wait for him to get better. It’s a disgraceful way to run a business . After care with hearing aids is so important . It’s simply not there with Amplifon Tunbridge Wells. Better to go to a bigger company or the NHS. Really disappointed.

Amplifon India Pvt Ltd is incompetent to render timely services to their clients and don't pay attention to resolving consumer complaints. The staff has the audacity to cut the call in between and resort to faking solutions. Will never recommend for their services and products.

I wrote a polite email asking for help to clean my hearing aids. No response whatsoever.. After service shocking. I have been in hospital and not able to get to the shop. I am also extremely elderly. JPT

There was no service after l purchased my hear aids l went into the Frankston office to pick up new filters and ear pieces and they could not help because they were out stock l was told to call in in a couple of weeks so l stopped using them quic K toget the money no f service rip of wouldn't recommend you to anyone thanks a lot

They don't answer their phone, referrals don't answer phone or return voice mails, Amplifon Case Mgmt never called back. Wasted three weeks.

The problems start from the first day after having being advised to buy AY364-DRW BELTONE. Endless problems of transceiver failure after only a few months and intermittent on/off failure that to this day I experience with these devices. The staff at Amplifon very very helpful and polite during the initial 2-year warranty, but this all changed when my problems continued, having replaced 4 transceivers (€50 for the replacement), apart from having to send in the whole device in several times and having to wait 2 to 3 weeks for the repair, and not being above to hear well without it. I was then told that I needed to buy new devices, “as the old ones were no longer appropriate.” This of course I was never told when I initially made my purchase. I felt that I could not afford new replacement devices - “that were better” as I was told.What seemed strange to me was that Amplifon could not make adjustments to my current hearing devices to improve what hearing quality when I realised that my hearing was worsening. In fact, after asking Amplifon staff why adjustments could not be made to my devices they became very cold and incorporative when they realised I did not want to purchase new ones. Their whole strategy is in my opinion, is to drive people in my predicament to purchase new hearing aids after the 2-year warranty was over and use all the mishaps in between to force this through. I did go to another Amplifon dealer, but there too, they started insisting I purchase new devices and gradually started becoming less helpful. In concluding, it was a mistake to shop at Amplifon, even though they were initially polite and helpful, as what is sold is substandard and note worth the money I spent.

The old company was great, you are just fail after fail after fail, sent emails, no response, rang and asked for a callback, promised this would come from management,nothing.A disgrace in a very competative market.

The sound quality is terrible. I went from Oticon to this brand as recommended by my ENT and it was a terrible mistake. Sound is not clear, no matter how you adjust.
