Refuse to take responsibility and penalize client then isolates client from 95 yr old mother as Client is Deaf without hearing aid. Yes, this is ABUSIVE on two levels. Not even good for batteries

I was asked on the phone if I would like the opportunity to have a hearing test with the promise of receiving devices on trial. Guess what? It was a lie. It seemed to me that the right hand (head office) had no communication with the local branch. This is not the first time I have been given the runaround. I guess it is really all about the money. I have a very bad experience....hearing aids hardly worked for 2-3months later we showed from where we bought ...they said need to be repaired from Bombay,India...Again same problem came.i think they gave us defected piece now they charging money for repair.Complete wastage of money ..not worth buying.Poor service and very bad experience with customer care ...

My 90 year old father has been let down badly with bad after service, he sent one aid back as it failed and it was returned telling him it had been fixed but still wasn't working. He had a home visit booked back in Sept 2021 and no one came. I am visiting him from Australia and discover his aids are totally useless, I've attempted to book a home visit, told someone would call him and no one did. The branch in Watford is only open Monday's, Tuesday's and Thursday's which limits any appointment times, this seems totally ridiculous for a company that charges pretty high prices. Here is an elderly man wanting new aids so he can communicate with family but no one seems interested in him!

Customer service is terrible, nothing is too much trouble until they get your money or signed up on finance . Hearing aids are second hand and since having mine ( 2 years ) have had constant problems with them , do not buy from this company , you will regret it

I have returned many times to several different centres complaining of poor preforming hearing aids. My last visit to the Canterbury centre I was seen by George an employee of amplifon for some 20 years, at last someone who can rectify the problems, wrong as bad as ever. Inability to hear the TV at anything like normal volume and constant feedback in my left ear. In crowded places impossible to hear any conversation at all and then the left aid packing up completely. I have today collected some NHS AIDS that are a revalation DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

Rude and patronising receptionist at Hanley Stoke on Trent store in March 2022 along with a young lazy know it all sleazy salesman who is also apparently their manager too. Such bad manners and total disregard for customer service, they do not listen to you and are totally uninterested in trying to help you unless it benefits them, no manners at all. Try being nice to people. Would never step foot in there again. Went elsewhere in the end, great decision.

I have Amplifon hearing aids on trial but I am very disappointed with the Amplifon app which is unreliable . I told the audiologist that unless this problem can be sorted out this will be a deal breaker. The hearing aids are excellent and I could not be happier with them My phone is an iPhone 12 Amplifon has a customer live chat line , the woman on the chat told me that someone would ring me about the problem, still waiting !

do not use this company biggest scam, no customer service, customers get fitted with hearing aids even though they do not need them. Audiologist tells them to take them as they are entitled to them due to their pension. Try and scam you every 3 years to come in and upgrade even though there is nothing wrong with the hearing aids. Audiologists all work on commission will try and upsell instead of letting the elderly know what they are entitled to. All about $$$ is what the parent company cares about, keep your money in Australia instead of making the big knobs in Italy richer

Not very helpful at all. Appointment made for my elderly mum who does not live nearby; only to be told at the last minute that they now don't have an audiologist on the day & no attempt made to provide solution. Definitely lost this customer

Do not use Amplifon for hearing aids. My sister has hearings aids from them. The first set she had, the earpiece fell into her and could not be removed. She needed to go to the hospital where a ear nose and throat specialist removed it. After that she purchased a different set which can be tuned to the phone. They stopped working, not once, but three times. The second time they failed, she was without them for one month. After not hearing from them she went to Keperra office, who was dealing with the hearing aids, and was told she wasn't in the system. The receptionist, who not very efficient or polite, went to the cupboard at the back and found them in there, ready to be given to my sister. Of course all this time, payments are being made on a product that cannot be used. It seems my sister should be grateful that her faulty hearing aid is being fixed free of chargers. Then the receptionist told my sister she had rung, but the phone was not answered. ( she is deaf and didn't hear the phone) and no message was left. After searching through the phone, a message was found, but had nothing to do with the hearing aid repair. The repaired hearing aid was collected, it worked for one day and has failed again. One of the excuses for the confusion, was my sister got the aids in Toowoomba in March, relocated to Brisbane in June, had taken both repair jobs to offices in Brisbane, but Keperra told us the records had not yet been received in Brisbane (this is Feb/March) because of Covid/ Postal delays. The records were actually in Brisbane all the time. The receptionist was not efficient , and didn't really seem to know what she was doing. From Other reviews it seems that this is consistent with Amplifon receptionists. also there is never the same person twice at the office. Just don't go there.

I went to Kippa-Ring office and must have been wearing my stealth jacket as I was ignored for 25 minutes by the lady behind the desk while she enjoyed social chat on her phone. I walked out. But reading other reviews, I won’t try any other outlets

Was happy with hearing aids payed $5500, few days later was asked to take them back ,said they were promised to someone else ,second pair were no good .having trouble with refund

Bloody rude receptionist at Sutherland today at 2 pm 9/2/22 condescending young lady with poor manners and an even poorer attitude toward a 60 year old who has spent 3.5 k on hearing aids

Amplifon is possibly the worst company to deal with in the entire country. they quoted one price to myself and my doctor in the hearing portal and then charged another ($2,700 higher) than quoted. In follow up they said they miscommunicated the pricing and were sorry about that, but I could either give back the hearing aids or pay the additional $2,700 charge. What a racket! I would urge every person considering hearing aids to look elsewhere for their product(s)!

I contacted this company a couple ears back. The Audiologist was temporary, but I wasn't to know that? I paid just short of £2000 cash for the product he recommended. The hearing aid has been back to the factory a number of times, but again useless. The audiologist I have seen recently is very, very good, but the outcome is; they will contribute towards the audio but I must shell out in the region of £2900. No way am I doing that. I have calls from their regional office in Manchester, but they just talked basically rubbish to me. I could not recommend this company to anyone taking my case into consideration. Spoke to a senior manager and I think why? Product was from PHDAK

We regularly get envelopes labelled "important appointment reminder, please open immediately" from Amplifon for the previous owner of this house. Just got probably our 5th "reminder" in two years. The thing is, we know the previous owners well and she has never requested or booked an appointment with Amplifon. It's annoying at best, misleading advertising at worst. Please stop mailing people who don't request your services!

Purchased my hearing aid in July 2021 and have never really been happy. Just outside the 3 months return policy mine broke down and had to be sent away for repairs, one week later returned. Two weeks later the same thing happened again. After paying AU$7590.00 I requested an other type of hearing aid and this was refused. Phoned last Tuesday a 1800 number and I am still waiting for a return phone call. I would never recommend Amplifon to any one.

We received a letter at our home that strongly implied that my husband had an appointment at Amplifon. I called the number to confirm that he DID NOT in fact have an appointment and the person I spoke with just tried to go on a sales spiel and wouldn’t answer my questions. A simple yes or no would have been fine. If a company wants to be seen as reputable, it helps when they don’t unabashedly send out fake appointment reminders to take advantage of seniors. There are many scams out there that prey on the elderly and this is an excellent example.

Do not buy their products. Had an issue with the receiver of their hearing device thrice within a span of 8 months and was charged heavily for clearly a low quality product. Customer care is not supportive at all.....
