I was asked on the phone if I would like the opportunity to have a hearing test with the promise of receiving devices on trial. Guess what?
It was a lie. It seemed to me that the right hand (head office) had no communication with the local branch. This is not the first time I have been given the runaround. I guess it is really all about the money.
