“I would not hesitate to recommend the Walsall branch of Amplifon for their all round excellent level of service. Reception is courteous and efficient. The Audiologist is most helpful, patient, professional in every respect and eager to help and advise wherever possible. The hearing aids have fully met the needs of my personal hearing problem since I am able to make use of the full flexibility of their design via my mobile phone. Well Done!”

“I have had very mixed experiences with amlifon ! I bought my hearing aid in the UK,September last year,Very good store and audiologist ! mr luthfur Rahman,Coventry store,I live in Lanzarote,I knew there is a amlifon store here Arrecife !! So felt very safe for any follow on !! But would seem not! I have been store twice,And i feel she not helpful,I feel as i did not purchase from that store,I am not getting a good feeling,And that should not be so !! Amlifon have a good follow on record .”

“I have just had my second annual hearing check at Amplifon, Ayr, Scotland. From the time I walked into the clinic to the time I left I was made to feel at ease and every stage of the consultation on both visits was clearly explained to me before anything was done. Both members of staff were welcoming and friendly. On the basis of the two visits made to Amplifon, Ayr, I would have no qualms about recommending this clinic to anyone suffering hearing loss and looking for a reliable practitioner.”

“Always very friendly and helpful at the Cowley, Oxford branch. Never too much trouble even if it's just to get the hearing aid repaired or just for batteries. Batteries are always a good price. Been using these for over 5 years”

“I had a appointment today at the Oldham store with Kevin , I was greeted by the receptionist who was very welcoming and she offered me a drink on arriving , I was then shown into Kevin’s office for my hearing test, he explained thoroughly how he would be testing my hearing, he was friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend this company,”

“Amplifon Horsham is dreadful. Their audiologists change continuously and now they only have one that comes in a couple times a week. Had problem when aids were unusable but have to wait over a week to get an appointment. Think it's time I went elsewhere. Go to Specsavers where you are cared for and attentive aftercare.”

“I had a appointment booked at Epsom Surrey branch in December this was cancelled due to Sewerage escaping inside the Amplifon premises! After this problem was sorted? I received No communication from Amplifon staff to re book my appointment and I still haven't heard anything.”

“My mother broke her Amplifon hearing aid the weekend after Christmas. We were unable to contact Amplifon until after the new year. The answerphone message said they were back on 27 December but I got no response to the messages I left until 6 January. The aids then had to be sent away and would take a week. They took 10 days to come back! We were quoted £99 for repair but when collected were told it was double that. Also, the phone continually goes to voicemail. Customer service is poor.”

“After years of not hearing properly , made an appointment with Khalid at Preston branch of Amplifon . He fitted a pair of hearing aids. I am pleased to say I can now join in conversations in noisy place's. Many thanks Khalid , great service .”

“I made app with Mr.Graham Mair from Amplifon Shandwick Pl Edinburgh to carry out hearing test on myself at my home. Graham carried out full test and discussed everything in full with no pressure. He fitted two sample hearing aids and the difference was unbelievable. I decided to purchase 2 hearing aid, and never regretted getting them, I was always in denying that my hearing aids not as good. Graham has been excellent with me checking if any adjustments were needed. I would recommend Amplifon to anyone requiring hearing tests . T. Smart”

“My MIL asked me to advocate for her as her hearing aids didn't work correctly from day one. She had significant life ( husband put in dementia care, broke her foot, son passed away, physical therapy and the sale of their home and a move)experiences that kept her from being able to return her hearing aids for a refund within a 60 day period. Frankly, it was the last tjing on her mind with all this going on in her and her family's life. She got a run around with her audiologist and then Ampliphone ( a multi-billion dollar global company) refused to refund her money within 3 months of her purchase. It also took 1 month just to get an answer back from customer service to know how they wete going to handle this. They simply dug their feet in and refused to assess her situation. She just wants to start over, when her life settles a bit with a new audiologist and hearing aid. They don't stand behind their products and don't go out of their way to help their mostly elderly customers.”

“Had been having problems with my ears for a while due to a build up of wax ,Booked an appointment with the Falkirk branch and was amazed at the difference in my hearing ,the procedure was explained to me and it was quick and painless fantastic service highly recommend there ear cleaning service , and also there customer service is second to none 100percent satisfied .”

“I find Wolverhampton Amplifon very efficient, helpful and friendly. I recently bought my second set of Resound hearing aids with no pressure to buy. Connecting my aids to both my i-phone and TV has been amazing and because I am profoundly deaf I know I will never have perfect hearing but my aids have been wonderful in lowering my anxiety levels. Well done Amplifon.”

“Amplifon Ayr, Scotland. The Audiologist Mr Christopher Lyall and staff could not have been more helpful. I have struggled with hearing loss for many years but would accept only one hearing aid.( vanity). However on meeting Mr Lyall for the first time he put me at ease, explained the benefits of a double hearing aid and fitted me with the appropriate aids. Great team, and friendly staff. Delighted Ayr.”
