Had been having problems with my ears for a while due to a build up of wax ,Booked an appointment with the Falkirk branch and was amazed at the difference in my hearing ,the procedure was explained to me and it was quick and painless fantastic service highly recommend there ear cleaning service , and also there customer service is second to none 100percent satisfied .

I find Wolverhampton Amplifon very efficient, helpful and friendly. I recently bought my second set of Resound hearing aids with no pressure to buy. Connecting my aids to both my i-phone and TV has been amazing and because I am profoundly deaf I know I will never have perfect hearing but my aids have been wonderful in lowering my anxiety levels. Well done Amplifon.

Very bad attitude. Took 1 month to repair and they are not sorry also inspire of me complaining many times. They lie , insensitive bad people

Amplifon Ayr, Scotland. The Audiologist Mr Christopher Lyall and staff could not have been more helpful. I have struggled with hearing loss for many years but would accept only one hearing aid.( vanity). However on meeting Mr Lyall for the first time he put me at ease, explained the benefits of a double hearing aid and fitted me with the appropriate aids. Great team, and friendly staff. Delighted Ayr.

Highly unprofessional staff, I booked my appointment well in advance and waited more then 2 hours at amplifon clinic. The way staff communicating about the delay was really a shock to me.. Doctor are also not good. They are more interested and focus to sell the hearing devices.

My local practice - Newbridge Surgery has stopped doing ear wax removal and instead suggested using a private practice whom they'd recommended. Unfortunately, I'd lost my hearing due to the use of ear drops (they suggested using) for a week and the private practice didn't have an appointment available for another week! I contacted Amplifon and explained the situation. They were brilliant and arranged an appointment the same day for micro suction. It was a very successful procedure and my hearing returned better than ever. The consultant was excellent explaining every step of the procedure and giving reassurance. I highly recommend the Wolverhampton branch and their price was very cheap compared to the competition i.e. £50 for both ears. Very competent & caring staff.

I purchased my current hearing aids last September & today I went to have my annual hearing test & check up. I attend Farmborough, Hampshire hearing centre where I have been a happy customer for many years. Ann & Amanda the receptionists are really helpful & efficient & Lydia their audiologist is really great. Lydia is very qualified & explains every thing she is doing whilst asking questions throughout the examination & when I came away felt completely assured & happy with the service that Amplifon supply. I would definitely recommend Amplifon especially Farnborough branch.

I would like to say a big big thank you to the audiologist at Preston Amplifon. I have not mentioned his name just in case for DPA. He was so very kind, caring and patient with me. I choose the incorrect hearing aid at first. Which he new and let me try anyway. After the trial period we ordered 2 new ones. Which I went for the one around your ear very light (Smart 3D). You dont know you are wearing them. After the trial I went back for consultation. Even then he spent time making sure I could change the filters and dome. Even helped with with app on my phone. I know after the purchase he will be there to help me. He is a massive credit to Amplifon. Thank you so so very much :) Mel C

They charged a dying man over £4,195 for a grossly over spec'd hearing aid - he has died now three months after interfacing with this dreadful company and even thou the hearing aid has not been used, they don't want it back (draw your own conclusions on that) and refuse to refund. Please think carefully before you use them.

I went to Amplifon in Altrincham Cheshire for a regular visit after having new rechargeable hearing aids fitted. I have found them to be excellent hearing aids which have done away with the problem of changing batteries, I would recommend Amplifon for a first class hearing aid and the audiologists and all members of the staff for their excellent services Geoffrey Todd of Timperley Cheshire

Doncaster Amplifon. I had a excellent and polite welcome from the Pat the receptionist and the guy who did my ear irrigation,I can't thank them enough. It released me from my temporary deathness. £50 for both ears, a wise investment in the circumstances.

Had a wax removal done in Glasgow by Steve, absolutely fantastic and pain-free. Great customer service from all the staff I highly recommend Amplifone Glassford Street Glasgow.

The hearing aids are great, but one failed after 2 yrs 6 mths and the other after 2 yrs 10 mths and each time I was given a replacement with a very different battery cover colour from the other hearing aid. This is despite me sending a letter with the 2nd one saying "Please do not dispose of the battery cover - if the aid is replaced I do not want a black battery cover! When my right hearing aid was replaced I was told that battery covers of the colour of mine are no longer available so I would like the current one fitted if a new hearing aid is needed." Why can't Amplifon (a) read a letter sent by a customer with a failed hearing aid; (b) understand that supplying an odd hearing aid is unacceptable; and (c) understand that an item replaced under warranty should match the item it replaces when they are a pair?

Well everyone, I have been reading a number of reviews rating from 1-5 stars and have concluded that each person is different and can only go by their personal experience. For me, I have had nothing but FIRST CLASS service from Amplifon in Darlington, Emma in reception is ALWAYS friendly along with a very warm greeting on every visit I make. Claire is PRICELESS, she fully understands my requirements and has NEVER EVER tried to sell me anything other than what I want myself. I always receive a full and detailed explanation of any new hearing aid on the market and its ME who makes the decisions as to whether or not I buy them. I love the the weeks free trial concept which obviously helps the individual to decide if the aids are right for them. To summarise: I am more than happy with the service and the products available from Amplifon, I have NEVER been pressured into anything I didn’t want. Having worn hearing aids for some 10years+ now, Amplifon in Darlington suit me fine.

had a problem with my hearing aids, they were purchased in New Zealand. I contacted amplifon in Worthing, they responded immediately and asked me to bring the aids in and they would assess them. I arrived later and the audiologist was available, he sorted out my problem, gave useful, unbiased advice and did not change me for his time. Exceptional customer service, will return there if I have any other problems or need assessments or advice

I have visited many audiologist in different towns over the years NHS and also private, but Amplifon Preston has stood out to me and become my regular go to when I'm having difficulty, they offer a wonderful service, very kind and understanding, not in it for the money just genuine staff who are happy to put time and effort into your needs. Very welcoming especially Khalid who has put alot of time into finding the right aids for me and the best prices.
