had a problem with my hearing aids, they were purchased in New Zealand.
I contacted amplifon in Worthing, they responded immediately and asked me to bring the aids in and they would assess them.
I arrived later and the audiologist was available, he sorted out my problem, gave useful, unbiased advice and did not change me for his time. Exceptional customer service, will return there if I have any other problems or need assessments or advice
