I purchased a new hearing aid about two months ago from Amplifon in Farnborough, Hampshire where I have been a customer for many years. I had my old aid for over seven years & they kept it going for me with out any expense throughout that time. Today I went back to have the replacement tweaked by Lydia the branch audiologist who is so good at her job & with the patience of a saint.
