I have used Amplifone hearing aids successfully for two years now. For the last few months Kingston upon Thanes Branch (my nearest branch) have offered poor service. A locum, who did not know what he was doing. Closed Thursday, Friday and Saturday each week. And now, 10.20am on Monday, no one answered the phone . WHAT IS GOING ON THERE!
I am going away at the end of this week, for a month,and I need (and the locum allegedly ordered, the small fine plastic ear ends for the ends of my hearing aids BEFORE I leave the UK! HELP!!
