do not use this company biggest scam, no customer service, customers get fitted with hearing aids even though they do not need them. Audiologist tells them to take them as they are entitled to them due to their pension. Try and scam you every 3 years to come in and upgrade even though there is nothing wrong with the hearing aids. Audiologists all work on commission will try and upsell instead of letting the elderly know what they are entitled to.
