I have returned many times to several different centres complaining of poor preforming hearing aids. My last visit to the Canterbury centre I was seen by George an employee of amplifon for some 20 years, at last someone who can rectify the problems, wrong as bad as ever.
Inability to hear the TV at anything like normal volume and constant feedback in my left ear. In crowded places impossible to hear any conversation at all and then the left aid packing up completely.
I have today collected some NHS AIDS that are a revalation
