I have been seen by Mr Barry Perkin at the Hanley branch in Stoke On Trent for quite a few years now, he really takes the time to listen to me and will always find the time to help me when required which is great for peace of mind. The hearing aids are great as products in themselves and really do help me an enourmas amount but it's the professional service that Barry and the staff there provide that really sets them apart from practically any team of people I have ever dealt with and I myself used to run a large company with many outlets and staff.
