My father is having a five star services with amplifon.
Dad is 82 so getting about is difficult, Greg from amplifon came to the house, tested dads hearing, told dad he would come back 2 weeks later with hearing aid.
He arrived on time, fitted the hearing aid, done more tests, shown dad how to change the battery.
Coming back on Tuesday next week to make sure everything ok and dad is still happy with purchase.
The friendly service, punctuality, and care Greg gave was excellent.
