My visits to your store are always a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. I am greeted with a smile the minute I walk in the door, the staff are always helpful and although very professional their manner is such that I never feel that I am ' Just another customer ' who is being fed a lot of 'Sales taik', as was my experience with a few of your competitors. Also, I liked the way everything was explained to me in detail before i chose my hearing aids. The result is, I am confident I can trust your staff to help me choose what is best for me.
