I have been wearing my new aids for three weeks and have received excellent advice regarding the purchase and ongoing support in relation to some minor feedback.
Notwithstanding the change in audiologist at the Maidstone branch it has been most satisfactory and I am very happy with Baz Akram ( an excellent ambassador for Amplifon) who replaced Malcolm James who, in turn, provided great ongoing service for a number of years in connection with my previous aid.
