Bill E is excellent. Audiologists tend to be very prescriptive, but I use my aids selectively and he has included features he probably disapproves of but which work for me!
The aids are marvellous except for one thing - they frequently cut out (to protect from loud noise) when e.g. someone laughs loudly but they take 2 mins to restore during which time I can't hear anything much...
