My first visit to Amplifon was in their office/shop, where I was treated very well. The testing was very thorough and I needed two hearing aids. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly, to the point that I seldom needed to ask a question.
I now have regular follow-up appointments, and due to my severe arthritis, I was offered home appointments. The gentleman is always very pleasant and respectful and I have no reason to think that is likely to change.
Overall, I have been very happy with Amplifon.
