Very courteous and helpful. The only let down was the spare key which has still not been sorted out as promised. The key has not been programmed properly even though it has been fully paid for. We were told the person who programmes the key will be in touch to meet up somewhere so he can re-programme the key. This has still not been done. I would very much appreciate a follow up.
