Terrible service. The engineer didn’t seem to know what was wrong, gave me a diagnosis but when parts were quoted for the job, the diagnosis was different and way more expensive than what I was originally told.
I queried this but they couldn’t care less about their customers. And of course they wouldn’t give me a refund.
Impossible to get through on the phone, they don’t bother answering so you can’t even complain. Don’t use, rip off, unreliable company. Should be reported as SCAM!
