How many A.N.D visits does it take to repair a fridge/freezer...........?
I am on visit No. 4 and counting - the engineers themselves are very pleasant but cannot seem to fix what appears to be a simple repair on my appliance.
The wait time on their phone line is beyond absurd and I am literally pulling my hair out.
I have insurance with Domestic and General, who referred me to A.N.D. Domestic, but D&G cannot get through to them either.
Perhaps more Customer Service staff is required A.N.D?????
