Was a good consultation service, explanations were given thoroughly and easier to do it via call. Medication recommendations was also good and personally the medication working well for me so far. Thanks for that!
The only thing is, maybe if you can allow existing patients to contact doctors urgently via any hotline etc instead of scheduling a call and waiting for couple of days, that’d be excellent!
