It was a pleasant experience and very well managed. The process is as described with Dr calling to enquire on my condition, followed by what I may need. Having confirm the prescription, explained to me the potential side effects and what may be required to contained them. All were well - simple - and conversant on my condition. It was approved and my parcel were received within 3 working days.
