The product itself is good, but I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I made a purchase on 12/12/2023 but decided to cancel when I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong product. Despite reaching out via chat and email immediately, I received no response for several days. My attempts to contact them through the hotline were also unsuccessful, with no replies.
After about 4-5 days, I finally received a call from someone at the company, who identified as a doctor. He questioned why I needed to purchase a prescription product. I explained the situation, and he agreed to cancel my order for a refund. However, I did not receive any confirmation email from them.
Every day, I had to check my bank account, and finally, on 28/12/2023, I received the refund.
My recent experience was not good at all.
