Unfortunately delivery was so bad, and the response was not very hospitable from the service support team with only template answers.
I had missed the chance to give the item as a gift for a birthday. I would most certainly want someone from &Sons to reach out and convince me if I should continue to support this brand.
If indeed the products are as good as what they claim to be , equally important is the customer service behind it.
Remember, if a customer is willing to put so much words into a reply, it really means, this experience is is meaningful to the customer.
